Great service
They are just horrible, billing issues left and right plus abysmal and very rude customer service when you call in to fix their mistake. I've never had a late payment in 15 years until talking to Robb, who would rather try to run his office like a german camp from the 40s than a utility office. They shut my neighbor off during the middle of a freeze last year and blew all his pipes(now he's having to use them for over $200k), I thought it was a mistake at first but after dealing with Robb I'd say it was intentional. I installed solar for green energy. Its been nothing but a hassle. Tesla solar panels were installed in June. It's now October and no new meter. The best sun of Colorado has left. I wonder if you want to give solar a bad name?
Was set up for autopay and after 7 months of on time payments I was late by 2 hours. They shut off my power with no notice and no phone call. Had to pay 461 dollars on a 60 dollar charge on a same day payment. It’s winter and we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
