I’m sorry but the staff that actually work at the buildings are terrible. The elevator has been down for a month, they can’t help people apparently get their oxygen, bikes and what not up the stairs due to “insurance”. I have kidney failure and can’t keep walking up the stairs, they won’t even help get my laundry up. I have contacted a pro bono lawyer and I will be going to everyone I know in the building and everyone I have seen struggle. This has to be fixed and the staff has to be changed. Housing gave me a unit infested with water beetles( they are huge). I have a one year old boy and soon to be baby that will be in the NICU..I shouldn’t have to live with these conditions and be scared to bring my child home. They do not answer any messages you leave and will claim to order devices for your disability yet never make time to instal them. It’s hard to fight against them because they have a choice to terminate your lease for whatever reason. It’s really disappointing…
