The woman at the window needs to learn to respond in a more professional manner. I was referred by my Dr. (by mistake) to that office, when I gave my referral she took it and told me. What do you want me to do? rudely, I looked at her and felt sorry for her, it wasn't worth answering. I said thank you and left. Happy to see this town grow, I hope their services and employees improve. If you do not like your job, then quit
Rude. Who tells someone to call back later when they're trying to get info on covid testing because she's the only person there and theres another call. The first thing i said was that it was about covid-19. What a joke! I'd give them negative stars if i could.
