These amazing people literally saved our family vacation. Our Ford Expedition broke down on our way from Omaha to Grand Rapids for vacation. Fortunately one of our kids had to go to the bathroom and we pulled over in Sheldon. As soon as we did we could hear the grinding coming from the front of the vehicle. The local Ford dealership said he could look at our Expedition in THREE DAYS!!! We checked around and found Morgan. SON took his car in for an alignment and after they broke his brake line they charged him labor and parts prices to fix what they broke.No one on my family will ever go back to this dump again. I'll haul their cars to Sioux City before they ever get another penny from anyone I know
One of the worst experiences that a person could possibly have to deal with! My van was towed by Morgan's about 5 blocks at around 2pm on a wensday, on Monday I returned to Morgan's to inquire about cost and possibly pay my bill but bill was not ready after 4 1/2 days and the secretary for Morgan's was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant and was more than pleased to finally provide me with a 300.00 dollar bill before taxes might I add. I had my ford fusion repaired here. I had to stop by the shop to grab some personal items from my car. Upon entering the building i was greeted by a younger man who showed me where my car was. The man working on my car was incoherent and mumbling and reeked of alcohol. I looked at my car and was disgusted with the look of the repairs being done to my vehicle.
