Horrible experience. My cats were scared and hissing. Instead of offering sedation, he manhandled them, hurting my male cat's neck. He then told me he would have to take them to the back. I could hear them screaming. They pooped in their crate. My female cat is not eating now, just laying around like she was traumatized. He came into the waiting room after and looked very angry, told me he would not deal with them again.
