I went in for a wheel alignment because my truck was pulling to the right and now after the service my truck is now pulling to the left. Issue wasn’t fixed and they didn’t check my ABS sensor as that was a service in the description of service that I purchased.
Giving one star for service. There’s a reason they have so many negative reviews, and others I know have confirmed their negative experiences as well. If you don’t know about mechanics/cars they blatantly take advantage of that. Here’s what happened: the tech misdiagnosed the car completely then tried to cover his ass by lying after he “worked on the car.” Open the hood for my husband to check and it’s obvious nothing has been touched or changed out. The worst ever
Got a new Yukon here with Jonathon R & were well taken care of!
Worst department I have ever been to. Get an oil change and leave and the oil is leaking out everywhere. Set up another appointment months later to have a service done. They only do the oil change and the next day the check engine light is on. $90k SUV about to be ruined by the service department not doing their job! The fuel filter needed to be changed along with other things. Do not go here!
