Wow where do I start? I make an appt. at 8am last Friday for and oil/filter/tire rotation and transmission check. Drop truck off at 8am and told the Tommie the service lady that I would be back later to pick it up. I begin receiving texts informing me on when each service started and was complete. I was informed that all had been done except transmission diagnostic. At 10:35am she informed that they were waiting on the tech to diagnose the transmission. Staff was professional and nice. They couldn’t find what was causing the vibration in my Yukon but said the motor mount could be loose but they looked good. They said if the mount was replaced, it may or may not stop the vibration. They wouldn’t suggest I spend anymore money right now. If it gets worse, they told me to bring the Yukon back.
They don’t acknowledge you, initially when I went the part wasn’t there so I had to reschedule but this time they called me when the part came in and got it right
I went in for a wheel alignment because my truck was pulling to the right and now after the service my truck is now pulling to the left. Issue wasn’t fixed and they didn’t check my ABS sensor as that was a service in the description of service that I purchased.
Giving one star for service. There’s a reason they have so many negative reviews, and others I know have confirmed their negative experiences as well. If you don’t know about mechanics/cars they blatantly take advantage of that. Here’s what happened: the tech misdiagnosed the car completely then tried to cover his ass by lying after he “worked on the car.” Open the hood for my husband to check and it’s obvious nothing has been touched or changed out.
