I love GMC, so I hate to give 1 star, but I'm reviewing Morgan Buick GMC dealership, not GMC. That being said, I ordered a truck and made it plain I didn't want any extras, no paid for warrantees or anything. Just the truck. I've bought 2 from them so far and it's been 7 years. So, I thought I could trust them and was in a bit of a hurry. I review my sales ticket and find where I was charged for stuff I didn't order. Some of which couldn't be refunded. Worse service department experience ever, they won’t know how to fix your car, they’ll say they fixed it then call you to come pick it up only for you to find out it’s still not fixed, x4 visits and car is still not fixed, going on 6 months now. They won’t offer you a courtesy car, I had to ask for the manager after visit 3 and then I got one. They replaced my windshield while attempting to fix other things and didn’t put a new inspection sticker on it, told me I need to go to the glass place to get one. Then they’ll low bal... read more
