If I were to rate them zero stars, I would certainly do so. These individuals, who work in the administrative office, are highly unprofessional and rude. Christina Benoit, the Chief Operating Officer, and Sara Monsour, the Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer, are no better. Highly disappointed in my recent treatment and lack of care from healthcare team here. I left a message with the “patient advocate” who in a very obvious bare minimum way said I’m sorry for how I was treated and pushed me to see a different doctor at a different clinic. lol. What bullshit for being a loyal patient all these years. Instead of making it right and delivering a genuine apology I was basically advised to seek care elsewhere. Pretty disheartening.
Dr. Bankston is the best!
I was a first time mom and had no clue what I was doing. Dr.bankston and her nurse were very informative and eased my nervousness. 10/10
