Clearly irresponsible and rude. First, they did not talk straight mouth and they were interacting with their co-workers rather than explaining what was needed to be repaired and fixed. Next, scratched the car while estimating and did not even bothered to say sorry. Then, took a long time, and estimated the highest of all than anyone else around the city. Sure, have a lot reasons to not come back. Thanks for ruining the day even more.
I just came here to get estimate for my car repair. I was impressed with the customer services of Kourtney, the manager at the Stockton facility. She was friendly and spent time on my request to give me the best repair options. Later she called me to update some of thw information we shared. I still have to do the repair on my car, but I was happy to meet Kourtney, and I am very sure I will go to this place if I need any repair down the road.
Very polite and caring. Quite knowledgeable.
They kept my car for over a month. Never showed me the old parts which I asked for and stole my battery and cables and replaced them with some cheap off brand. I only found out after inspecting my car. RIP OFF!!
