We moved here from Texas not knowing anyone or anything about Fairhope, especially the housing market. Michelle O’Dare and the Ashust Niemeyer team to the rescue! In a super tight market in a single day she showed three houses based on our specs and we found our new home. I came from out of town to buy property. They were very knowledgeable about the area and in one day I had an offer in that was then accepted. They provided guidance on what to offer and guided us through the whole process. As we were new in the area they continue d to be readily available even after closing to help with local referrals for other services and entertainment venues!
