I’ve been a loyal customer of Morgan & Wacker Brisbane since purchasing my bike there in 2017, and have always appreciated the friendly service—Grant, in particular, is always a pleasure to deal with when I visit. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the 20,000km service was disappointing. Massive shout out to the ENTIRE M and W BMW team. Nothing short of amazing. Extremely professional and friendly. Will always deliver and more. Going above and beyond is their daily. Matt, Sebastian, Jarred, Matt are all legends. Know everything there is to know about bikes, and will always point you in the right direction. They are more motivated to give you what you need rather than making a quick sale. The only shop I will go to for all my motorcycle needs.
Needed my GS1250 serviced, tyres replaced, and some minor repairs. Booked from out of town and only had the morning to spare. The service team were exceptional, good communication, efficient, friendly and on time! Highly recommend.
