Terrible experience, me and my mate went in last week to check out their bikes, some have no tags some have sold or do not touch. Yes we didn't see the tags in the beginning, then was checking out the unmarked bikes. Both sales in office repeatedly told us don't touch this, don't touch that, this is 60k that's 70k another's 80. Now seeing that exact bike on sale! We feel extremely disrespected, and racial profiled. Yall are here to sell them not tell your customer not to touch em, period.
Morgan & Wacker BMW at Newstead Brisbane (service) are an outstanding customer service organisation. I had a situtation where my R 1250 RT motor bike was in need of service. Matt the service person was able to service my bike at short notice. The company has empathy towards people in need! Bless the team, and keep up the good work!
