I am a paint contractor and businessowner. I came to this location to open a business to business account so I could work with them on thier Benjiman Moore paint product. I made my initial trip to see if we could open the account (not a charge account). The lady took my information down and said she would reach out in the next few days with more information and numbers on products. A week and a half went by. I’ve come here many times, great experiences til now. I was scrambling to get some sprinkler parts and the lady that helped me said if anything doesn’t work then feel free to bring them back. I brought them back and they didn’t take them back. They either lied to me, needed to explain certain items can’t be returned, or their word means nothing. Don’t know if I want to return to Ace after that horrible taste left in my mouth. Best off waiting til you can go to Home Depot as I’ve never been denied a return there.

Employee took me to the O rings. I could not find the one I needed. Would have appreciated employee's support to find it.

Super helpful. They have staff that want to help you and they are easy to locate when you need them, unlike big box stores. I prefer to buy Quickcrete, rock salt, softener salt, etc here because they help me load it and there is no loading it on a cart, wheeling it across the store to later transfer it from the cart to my truck. I just back my truck up to the pallet and one of the kids helps me load it. I wish they sold lumber for this very reason.
