Never got in to see her. Was recommended as a new patient. I called in April & they said 1st appointment time wouldn't be till December 11. Since April & December I have had several people tell me she has canceled appointments & then resets them & then cancels again. My sister has had 3 different times & ALL 3 have been canceled. I was praying that this wouldn't happen to me because I took a vacation day off for this appointment that was sceduled 8 months ago. Well guess what? Morgan Massey is awesome; that is, if you can ever get an appointment. If you call the phone number on the website, it takes you to the HSHS call center and you will be on hold for at least 10 minutes every time you call and then the system hangs up on you. Once you finally get an appointment, it is best if you ask the office people for their direct line for the next time you need to make an appointment. Calling into the call center sucks!!!!
