Went to get a rear window replaced .. The lady on the phone ask for the details of the vehicle, but she didn’t ask for the Vin number * which for me was a red flag but since I needed this window taken care ASAP, I decided to continue. The guy calls me in for Saturday. But then notice the glass wasn’t the right one . He then told me to come back once the right window arrives . It was Tuesday .
