Dr. Moretz and his entire team were excellent. Dr. Moretz explains everything so well. He is always concerned about the patient and family. He goes over discharge instructions well. He is great! The team is also great!
He is the best!! He is friendly, personable and went over and beyond for my Daughter during her 2 surgerys with him. We love Dr. Moretz!
We came in for a sinus infection. Dr. Moretz was able to help, as he gave multiple options for treatment. I would recommend his service.
Rude and rushed front office staff. Cattle call mentality. Staff didn't introduce themselves. My blood pressure was significantly high...no mention of it. It actually wasn't high, the BP cuff was placed on my arm incorrectly. But why take VS if you care nothing about the results? I explained to the tech that my seasonal allergies were horrible. Then 2 mins later she asked me if I experienced allergies??? Clearly had no interest and wasn't listening. MD was dismissive. Scheduler was rude.
