Amazing haircut! Exactly what I wanted. Fantastic service and reasonable prices!
They were my favorite hairdressers for a while until one day I went to their salon and it was crowded. They told me to come half an hour before closing time, so I went for a walk around the mall until my appointment time. When I returned, they suddenly raised the price. I asked the young man doing my cut if he was able to do the cut I was requesting. He said yes. The whole way through I kept telling him this is wrong. At the end it was a completely different haircut. Not even close to what I was looking for. I was looking for a short cut. He then tried saying my hair could not be styled like that. Absolutely not recommended. I booked an appointment on Monday for Saturday and arrived exactly on time, only to be told my appointment was supposedly scheduled an hour earlier—which is simply not true. There is no reason I would book five days in advance and somehow get the time wrong. What’s worse is how the situation was handled. When I called to clarify, I was hung up on.
