The office was crowded and I waited an hour past my appointment time . I was not happy. The dr was very nice and professional so 5 stars to him.
Everyone goes the extra steps to assist you.The entire office was festive( it was xmas eve) but always professional. Testing was done with cate and Dr.B was great at explaining the cause of my double vision. Happy New Year! and Thank You!
Phenomenal experience on my first visit with Dr. Bockhorst. His down to earth, caring and friendly approach are rare. Very thankful to have him.
Scheduled an eye appt 1 yr in advance. They did not do a full eye test even though I wanted a refraction done inthe paper work you fill out. When I said why haven't you done an eye exam they said ineed to tell them at the start. I said I did. Dr Stock said there are lots of ODs I can make an appt with.
