Tried to make appointment for glasses prescription. Didn’t want to get glasses because the other time I tried it cost me a fortune and I was never able to wear them and neither the prescriber nor the Rx filler would fix the problem so it was a scam. Paid lots of $ with nothing to show for it. So now my vision is much worse, still fluctuates which nobody can answer why - I have eye infection with white stuff coming out and no answer for that either. Every aspect was professional and friendly. Dr Bockhorst was thorough and explained issues well. All in all, very good experience.

The office was crowded and I waited an hour past my appointment time . I was not happy. The dr was very nice and professional so 5 stars to him.
