Have been with this practice for about 25 years now never had any problems..all the doctors and reception team are very helpful..as I have been through some very worrying times..nothing to much trouble..
I have nothing but praise for this surgery. Dr Randev has been amazing over the years and always acts when appropriate and shows empathy. I recently had a set of worrying results and recieved a call on the day from Dr Randev and an immediate urgent referral sent for investigations at hospital. The online patches system is good with a response the following day.
I've been with this surgery since a child. In the past 8 months I've had extreme mental health issues. I've been made to feel like a fraud and had the " eye rolling" oh, here she is again. Just not acceptable. I'm in the process of moving. They also take weeks to press buttons for medication ( HRT specifically with me!). Defo gone downhill since Dr Randev became practice manager/senior partner. The receptionist is 55 plus and thinks she's 25 with stupid eyelashes and wants to know all your business.
