I very rarely write reviews, and especially one like this, but I highly recommend seeing Dr Gill. She is very soft-spoken and kind. I had a traumatic experience with a GP many years ago that prevented me from having a Pap smear or internal examination for several years. I spoke to Dr Gill about this experience and she was very understanding and respectful of my fears. To the lovely nurse that provided support and distraction, I truly thank you. Ive seen Dr Gillian van Iddekinge a few times now and have always been provided with such knowledge and clarity for my concerns. Such great quality of care and compassion. Would highly recommend!! Worth the wait.
Rude and inexperienced staff - sent me an email in computer code and blamed my computer for it! Cancelled the appointment, so never got to meet Dr van Iddekinge who studied in South Africa...
