Had the best sales experience with Nathan at Moreton Bay Ford. He helped us get into our new Ranger Wildtrak with ease. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and features. The whole team were very accommodating, especially with communication as its difficult for me to answer calls during business hours. Would 100% recommend seeing Nathan if you're considering a Ford.
The team at Moreton Bay Ford in Capalaba were great ! We were over on Straddie for our wedding/ honeymoon holiday and had an issue with my old 2012 Ranger door latch late Friday, found out it was a recall item, the team booked me in for first thing Monday morning and got it all sorted for me so we could make the most of our last week of honeymoon holidays. Nathan made the whole purchase a great experience and we received excellent customer service from the whole Capalaba team involved with our purchase.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. The service advisor "Kim" I dealt with at Ford was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was her attitude dismissive toward me as a customer, but she was openly yelling at the mechanics in front of me and my child, which was uncomfortable and very uncalled for. It created a really unpleasant atmosphere and left me questioning how staff are treated here.
