I had a very disappointing experience at this office. After being called in, I was left waiting in the exam room for over an hour with no updates or communication from staff. The doctor never showed up, and no one came in to explain the delay or check on me. Eventually, I had no choice but to leave without being seen. El Dr Frei para mí es el mejor médico que he visto aquí en la Florida. Ya llevo tiempo teniéndolo como médico cabecera y es lo máximo. Es un doctor con el que uno puede hablar con confianza y literal trata de resolver al máximo cualquier tipo de problema de salud que uno tenga. Medical care is delayed a long time apparently they have only one doctor for 10 patients at the same time please if they are not able to attend to everyone at their time Do not accept more patients who are not able to attend in time people have to wait 2 hours to be treated and not everyone has the day to wait so much be more professional
I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way this clinic handled my father’s appointment. His appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, yet he was left waiting for almost 2 hours and 30 minutes — nearly 3 hours — before being seen. This would already be unacceptable under normal circumstances, but what makes this even worse is that my father is hypertensive and has serious heart conditions.
