Tengo 4 años como paciente de Moreno's Medical Center. Siempre recomendaré este centro de atención médica. El staff del personal de atención al paciente, es muy grata. Todos son muy amables en especial Adyramys, Reine y Jennifer. Al doctor Alfonso que me atendió hoy, le agradezco su buen trato, amabilidad y paciencia. Un médico que trata al paciente con humanidad y cariño, no tiene precio. Gracias doctor, necesitamos muchos como usted.

I am writing this as a formal complaint regarding the staff at this office. While Dr. Moreno is an excellent and professional physician, so are the other doctors. The administrative staff has been consistently problematic. The main issue is communication. The staff appears to operate almost entirely in Spanish and has significant difficulty communicating in English.
