This practice has been an extremely disappointing experience. While two staff members were kind and professional, the overall conduct of the office was unacceptable. This was not my first negative encounter with the front desk staff or other personnel. I initially gave the practice the benefit of the doubt as a new office, but this was my third visit and the same issues continued. The front desk of this facility is so disrespectful and helpless as much as you can imagine. I highly do not recommend this place. Miscommunication and unprofessionalism characterized the administration stuff of this location.
