I can't understand this madness—I'm getting a $400 bill every month. I used to live in Los Angeles; downtown, I paid $100 for electricity. Now I have to pay $400. What kind of nonsense is this?
I called with a problem regarding my bill and not being able to access my account. The first woman I spoke to was so condescending and rude that I had to ask for someone else. The second woman helped me with NO problem whatsoever. The reason for the 2 stars though, is yall need to make sure you’re not hiring people that take their personal problems out on the customer- EVER. New user to MVU and my bill is outrageously expensive. Customer service rep was not helpful at all in trying to help to help reduce costs. Another example of CA being way to expensive to live life without extreme financial concerns
I work for a large apartment community in the area, and we call Moreno Valley Utilities at least weekly to have power transferred into our name when a resident moves out. Overall, the customer service is pretty solid. I’m only giving three stars because Hilda in the service department is a hot mess. She turns what should be a 5–10 minute process into at least 30 minutes, often longer. We call in frequently, yet she acts like she has dementia.
