MVC has made life extremely difficult for GCs on public works jobs! Their travel radius is ginormous as they even try to go Oxnard all the way from Temecula MVC typically struggles with contractual obligations (they have no PE or PM and don't care about submittals)...yet they only bid more work and lie. There really are no positives and they are always embroiled in litigation. Worse yet, they struggle to pay their subs (check out the horror stories on Levelset).
