The staff needs extending or replacement. They have no sense of urgency or prioritizing whatsoever, I called the morning prior to an appointment to ask a Emergency question instead of making a long drive to be turned away.. Of course I didn’t get a response until well after the clinic had been open for quite sometime & until the appointment slot had passed (how convenient) to only end up hearing them say it’s fine you COULD HAVE still brought your pet we would have made accommodations. I'm a large breed dog owner. I've taken 3 of my dogs to be spayed here. They have reasonable pricing, available appointments, and the staff is friendly. The whole appointment process from start to finish was stress free with minimal waiting.
Was my first time visiting and what a amazing staff they took great care of my Rottweiler in a emergency situation and great pricing but they have truly got me coming back.
Best place to take your dog friendly and great with our dogs,I take all 5 of my dogs there!!!awesome staff!!
