I’ve been nice to reception staff until I got very false reports twice in the mail. I’ve called them and been polite asking them to update false they said they would send by maiI don’t know if this is the right orthopedic surgeon because it says he treats degenerative disc disease he gave me-diagnosi. but offered me 0 treatment.. but it’s the same address the same last name.. 1 thing that stood out is the report said that I lived in an apartment with my mom and they get these “from bay care” said got this information from Ba... read more

I wouldn't trust this office. They make it difficult to get a detailed report about your visit. And when we did get it, it was full of errors. (Important information needed for other specialists) When we contacted them, they seemed friendly about correcting the errors. But after personally handing them a list of the errors, that they accepted, they never did anything to correct them. After weeks of waiting, we called them back & they denied ever getting the list. Attempted to reach Dr Moreno, who did perform the ACDF on my neck on January 2019, few times. Never got a call back. I’m here at the hospital. One of the procedures I had done was a barium swallowing test. The result says that there are some narrowing in the region of the anterior cervical fusion. My left neck/throat are persistently sore and painful. There is no evidence of esophageal stricture, dismally, or hiatal hernia or gastroesophageal reflux. I use Baycare Financial Assistance which covers $250+. I stated this when making the appointment. I have used Baycare assistance with other providers. At arrival I am asked how do I want to pay because his initial is $245. Why was I not told this upon booking? Clearly a work around. If Baycare writes off the visit, he doesn't get paid. I left before complete check in.

Dr. Moreno really cares about his patients and took really good care of me during the surgery and after. The issue I went to him for is significantly better.
