The response time was very slow from the start. When we asked for a video of the unit, communication became even more inconsistent. Including us having to follow up multiple times. We then discussed pricing and told them we would be coming this weekend to look at it, but they required a 10% non-refundable deposit to hold it, which we were not comfortable with since we had not seen it in person.
