I was given Dr. Moreno, as my PCP, through Medicare. As of yet, I’ve not been able to get a hold of her office through any of the numbers listed. She has 3 different locations for her practice, and I tried calling them, but numbers are disconnected. The only one that answered said to leave my name and number, and they’ll call me back in the afternoon or the next business day. I’ve left 3 messages and still have not heard from her or her office. Dr. Moreno has been my PCP for a long time. I trust her. Which is hard to say these days about anyone. I feel she goes above and beyond her job. She may not know everything but her attitude and heart are in the right place. She is definitely an old-school doctor, thorough, caring, intuitive and thinks outside the box. She doesn't do things 2020 style, she does things like our older doctors did and that works for me. Love her, we need more like her. She always makes you feel special, as if you're the only one she has to see. She's not pushy like most Drs. She listens to your needs and always explains everything. Big city Dr with small town values. Just love her and her staff. Thank you Dr. Moreno.

almost impossible to reach by phone. takes forever to get test results even after asking via portal several times. takes forever for her to reply to your messages. once you do get to see or talk to her she's great.
