Our bathroom remodel came out perfect. The Sage floating bathroom vanity we purchased was beautiful. Shipping was quick and easy it took about 7 days to get our vanity. Customer service was quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. From the very beginning, Moreno Bath answered all my questions and were genuinely happy to help. They picked up every call, and on the rare occasion they missed one, they always called back as soon as they got a chance. Do not buy from this company. I needed to make a return and while I understand that | have to pay shipping for the item, their company website says that there is a fee for restocking vanities. Not cabinets. I bought this cabinet and they insisted that their policy had changed but they hadn't updated their website. I bought the item under the understanding of the cost of return would not include restocking for a cabinet and they are refusing to admit this is their miscommunication. Luckily we purchased our Moreno vanity from Lowe's and Home Depot. We know better, so we ship to The store and pick it up there after inspection. We never take possession until we are happy. During shipment to Lowe's, the cabinets and top were destroyed. So we declined delivery but they didn't have anymore to reorder. We got a refund immediately.
