False advertising! Everything including the door to the establishment states " walk-ins welcome", however that's far from the truth! The owner kept huffing and puffing while doing my hair because I hadn't made an appointment or called to let her know that I was coming... but the door says you're welcome to walk in!!! And this was after waiting over an hour for her to arrive to the salon because she was running extra late! Asked for a specific hair cut and she didn't give me what I wanted. Definitely finding a new hairstylist... read more
