Such an awesome team! Every single person I spoke with was amazing: Nola, Dawson, Mark, and of course Brock who came to install my water heater and fix a sudden leak. They made things work in their schedule to help me out as soon as they could and I know they were swamped with the sudden cold spell that hit but they were still super friendly and helpful even while things got chaotic! I definitely recommend them! Thanks to everyone at Morencys☺️!
I have required Morency’s service exactly twice and both times they have been fast, responsive, and gave great service. First time was a plumbing issue last year, which was attended to the next day. Second time last week, when my furnace stopped working in late afternoon on a very cold day. Both their dispatcher and technician were great to deal with and my house was back to a liveable temperature within a few hours. Highly recommend as a great team/small biz. Thank you!

Furnace quit at -22 winter weather. The were out within an hour and had it fixed within the 2nd hour. The professionalism, friendliness and service from the first phone call to the technician are top notch! You have great caring staff to be proud of. Thank you!
