DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR!!! If you come don’t let the woman in the pics touch your hair. Unbelievably unprofessional. I called and was told we could walk in Saturday morning and they open at 9. Get there at 9 and there is ONE little old lady trying to do 12 heads. She had 4 under the dryer, 2 at the sink, 5 waiting and more people walking in. We stayed because she was moving quickly. Some of the workers are very unprofessional who do not understand coarse hair. The beautician that chose to shampoo my hair put the comb in and said she would be charging an extra $15 to detangle my hair. I told her that my that my hair is coarse and she would have to start at the ends and comb up to the roots. She laughed and continued. I asked for the comb to show her because my hair was already detangled she just didn't know how to comb my hair or even cared. Horrible experience. This supposed to be a natural hair shop. Yet, they don’t know how to do Natural hair. If you don’t wear relaxers don’t go here! Customer service is horrible, lady had a horrible attitude and snatching my hair from my scalp so hard. My ends were broke off and they charged me extra saying I needed my ends clipped. Then they had me waiting hours after everybody was gone saying that you have to have an appointment for twist.
