Forced to put at least one star, but in reality - ZERO stars for Willow Creek Food Lion. I nearly fell and broke a kneecap because the cart - which was STILL IN THE PARKING LOT - locked up and stopped. I was in the MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION. I could have been seriously injured. I've shopped at this Food Lion for many years but believe me when I say I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
