Although myself & my daughter really liked Dr. Morelos we were a bit surprised by the lack of knowledge of the front desk staff. Prior to making our new patient appointments, I called the office to confirm that our insurance was accepted. I was told it was therefore we continued with our appointment. After the appointment, we found out that our claim was denied by our insurance company. His office is not responsive and they make a lot of mistakes. I don't know how much of this is the doctor or his staff but be for warned
I have been a patient of Dr. Morelos for over 20yrs. He is by far and above the best physicians I have ever been too. Being a professional Nurse myself for 20 yrs, I have delt with Dr. Morelos as a patient & as a Nurse. In my opinion, there is no other physician that is more compassionate, caring and thorough with his patients. Dr. Morelos it’s a privilege to work with you and Thank you for being my Doctor.
Doctor himself is amazing. His staff at the front is horrible. Made an appt for a Tuesday. I go there and the girl never made the appt. Then they gave me an attitude after even showing them I called. Unfortunately I will be finding a new doctor
