I wish I would have seen some reviews when we were building our home, so that is the reason for this review. There is no doubt that he cuts corners while building these homes. We have had countless issues despite this being a new build. I highly recommend hiring a private final inspector on your home if you build with him. Overall these are just not well built homes. Very poorly constructed homes, cheap quality and not CUSTOM at all. Unless you want to get ripped off and not even have your stuff fixed under your home warranty. Don’t buy from this company. List of issues since buying this home. Defaulted carpet, leaks in basement wall, grout cracked all throughout, poorly caulked through entire house including had a breeze coming from the outside. They’ve fixed a few of these issues but did not fix all even under a home warranty. Disgusting.
