I have lived here for over 2 years and I still can’t get anyone to fix the problems in my home. They had one maintenance crew come in and they messed things up even worse and I refuse to let them back in my home. They want to charge more and more money each year and the water and sewage bill is ridiculous for a trailer but they cant get someone that knows what they are doing to come in and fix the work right. I signed an agreement to buy the house on living it around mid August of 2023... The only thing I have ever received concerning payment of my lot rent is a letter that was placed in my door wait and put past due notice in my door to let me know I had $60 late fee... I've been guessing at my payments ever since so I don't have a $60 late fee but I have never received a bill I was looking for one today and guess what I have nothing addressed to me.!!!..
