We have been purchasing our oils and coolants from Moreland Oil for more than 10 years. They are so easy to work with and always go out of their way for us. They always have plenty of stock on hand. I totally recommend working with them.
If you ask for the manager, they ask why. When you say you'd like to discuss their customer service, or lack there of, you get hung up on. Not how a small business should be operated and I hope the manager fixes this issue promptly. There is a big storm coming, people need their heat. But with that kind of reaction, business will be taken elsewhere. Another review was left before this, and has been deleted. Poor business practices. Call and make things right. Simple as that.
