Awful human, wish he would leave the Keys.
He is currently engaged in a legal dispute with a keys resident who’s boat ( and home since it is a live a board) ended up on his property due to Hurricane Irma. This demonstrates his commitment to community and his lack of caring for fellow residents. Take this into consideration when deciding who you want to guide your decisions on your families health and safety. Best to stay away!
Rather than let a boat owner retrieve his boat after Hurricane Irma, an "act of God", pushed it onto his property, he is sueing the boat owner for property damage. He also sued the local hospital when they attemped to transfer him north for emergency surgery, the receiving hospital refused the transfer, so Mariner's performed the emergency surgery (he lost the suit & the appeal).
