I just moved to Eastern Kentucky and have been searching for a Veterinarian. I have looked all around my local area and found nothing but walk in only clinics. Finally I found this place. It's an hour away from my house but so very worth the drive. I feel like they care about my animals and me. They really listen to your concerns and give you a fair amount time. I didn't have to wait for hours to be seen. Finding this office took a load of stress off my mind.
I am writing this review to share a very concerning experience I recently had at Morehead Veterinary Clinic. A few months ago, I made the decision to stop using this clinic due to ongoing dissatisfaction with the level of care and transitioned to another veterinary office. Unfortunately, when my dog became acutely ill on a Wednesday and my regular clinic was closed, I felt I had no other choice but to bring him here due to the level of pain and distress he was experiencing. Always super friendly and thorough. Fast at getting you in and out. So good with my pets.
