If I could give no stars, I would. I was treated very poorly as a returning customer regarding a service call. Techs came out a week ago to accomplish the work and didn't even bother to let us know they were done. A few days later, I was charged for the service call, but did not receive an invoice of the work that was accomplished. I called and left a message over the weekend that I did not receive an invoice and that I needed follow up service. Multiple issues - Service scheduled for a day and not showing and not calling. Then not showing the next day. Then finally reaching them fri and they had a truck out of commission but no solution until Monday (we had a leak). The tech did the repair without a quote and they charged without discussing what was done or how charged. But then didn't even make sure it was fixed and working before leaving.
