Diamond Pools constructed a pool and a hot tub at my home. Both had issues from the beginning. On the pool Mr. Matheny blamed the contractor building installing the coping; maybe he was right, I dont know. After a couple of years of leaks, he came back to repair (at my cost). The repair seemed to work for a year and then some tiles began coming off. When I contacted Mr. Matheny three times, he didnt have the courtesy to even reply. I called the company for the fool service. They came to clean the pool at the same day and set up for the weekly service. Very professional and very reasonable price. Like this company. Will recommend this company to everyone.
Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable staff and team! They did a great job opening my pool after it had been down 2 years. The pool cleaning and the sincerity and pleasant staff are great to work with both on the service side, and the pool maintenance staff. Look no further for great pool service! A+ A+ A+!
