They fit my toddler in last minute for a chipped tooth. I discovered that was not something other places were willing to do. They were very patient and gentle with her while performing x-rays and examinations. Their recommendations were based on what was best for her and not price. Highly recommend and very pleased with service.
Took my son there to get some fillings done and had to get a silver cap put on. His lip was swelling some as to be expected when getting fillings done. It progressed even worse and it looks absolutely terrible. I called to tell them my concern about it and the lady cut me off as I was talking. She then continued to tell me that the swelling he has is normal and should go down within 10 days. Nowhere in the discharge papers does it warn you about how excessive the swelling. My son had an emergent situation after visiting the ER over the weekend and they worked him in as soon as they opened! The staff was extremely friendly & Dr. Kidd was able to take care of our situation the same day & my son had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this office!
First the staff are friendly. But the dentistry is horrible. I’ve spoken with numerous people in the community and all have a similar experience. If your child doesn’t have issues then things will seemingly go okay. But if your child has a need for fillings, this dentists fillings fall out! Forget getting in for an emergency. They put my child off months when she had a tooth abscess. Kept giving her rounds and rounds of antibiotics to put her off.
