I think both the of the people I have talked to have been the sweetest and the best as I am older I do have trouble with online pay and when I called explained to the lady my problem she was so patient and understanding and sweet also I had left my unit door open and she went and shut it for me you can’t beat service like that I think they are great people

You don't want to store anything at dry Creek facility. Don't know anything about the others. I have two units there and one of them has been burglarized twice!!!!! I called after the first one and they basically said that's too bad it's not our responsibility. No cameras no security, not like I expected security. There's no one there, like ever!!! Don't know what could be done if anything I just know the lack of sincerity is intolerable!!!! If I had any other options I absolutely would not put anything in here. Hope this he... read more

They keep raising their prices after the units are infested with rats they were droppings everything and our belongings were all chewed up.
