***We have to first compliment the office ladies. Amber and Debbie are very kind and friendly. The ONLY positive with this facility. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! Somehow this showed us giving this place a 5* review?? What a scam! We would NEVER have given them anything close. If we could give a zero rating we would! I’ve had a storage unit for almost 4 years with Morehead Climate Control. I’ve never had any issues at all! The grounds are kept clean and the storage facility is safe and secure. The times I’ve had to call the office the staff were very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Morehead Climate Control for storage.
I had posted originally stating that I had had quite a few issues with this business since first renting my unit from them a few days ago. Management has since reached out and resolved the issue and also will be returning my money to me. Through Communication from management the issue was easily resolved, and I will continue to do business with this company. At this time I would refer them to Friends and family as a place to do business with.
