Michelle Lockhart is the best! The health review she did for me and my wife a few years ago remains on my desk and I refer to it often. When I got to the building, the directory wasn't up-to-date so it took some time to find the office. It was a bit inconvenient. I really valued the information I learn from More Energy. I had never really learned about health and nutrition. They taught me a ton! And I learned where my heart rate targets should be so that I am not wasting my work out. I loved the meal planning, helpful suggestions, and the unassuming way they helped me understand better health. I highly recommend this place!
