When I got to the building, the directory wasn't up-to-date so it took some time to find the office. It was a bit inconvenient. I really valued the information I learn from More Energy. I had never really learned about health and nutrition. They taught me a ton! And I learned where my heart rate targets should be so that I am not wasting my work out. I loved the meal planning, helpful suggestions, and the unassuming way they helped me understand better health. I highly recommend this place!

More Energy is seriously amazing! They have high end, state of the art technology which gives you information that is so helpful. Then they have a team of coaches, trainers, nutritionists, even a certified registered nurse, to help you reach, and even exceed your health goals. Their program is one of a kind. I had never heard of anything like it and am continuously impressed with them.
