Terrible experience with Tyrepower Moree. Took my car in for a service and they used the wrong oil. When I questioned it, they insisted it was "the same" and dismissed my concerns. I had to push for them to change it, which they only agreed to after I stood my ground. They also didn’t have the correct oil filter for my vehicle but went ahead with the service anyway without telling me. I only found out when I picked up the car.
