Over time you get to know people and allow them to earn your trust and also trust in them. putting local business first and giving them faith to do a job well. however when a job isn't up to standards, you goto the source and hope to sort something out or at least be professional about it. i tried and very upset to how it wasn't sorted in a manner that it could have made everything end and make things much better for everyone. so no big rant or acting like a child here but to say this business will never see my vehicle again... read more

Sent an apprentice out to a call out to fix my trailer lights (had no brake, tail or blinkers on trailers) only for him to replace the light plug, upon realising it wasn’t the plug he said it was to big a job and needed to be booked in, spoke to auto elect back in Shepparton for him to not only diagnose the problem (which was just a short in the junction box on back of A-trailer) and a 2 second fix to unplug the melted plug. No doubt if they sent a qualified electrician with experience out he would have found it. And billed ... read more
