Giving 2 stars, only because there are couple of people in this company that are actually nice to work with. Apart from that, most of the customer service people are extremely rude, especially the Account team. If you fancy, being yelled at when you haven't done anything wrong and just trying to clarify the situation, this is your place. Otherwise, stay away. If a few clients that I work with didn't use MIS , I would've been much happier person.

Tim Smith and Anrew are best reps. I had a lab problem and a patient needing her work done asap. Tim lent me the scan post immediately so I could get my case done in time. Tim is the best!!!
I have been a customer for nearly 3 years now. Every time I have dealt with More Dent they have gone above and beyond for me. Most recent example is with Dr Harry & Lab technician Shah. Really came through with helping me get a perfect cosmetic result for my patient. Will be a lifelong customer.
