Negligent,Dishonest and unprofessional. Morecock took my money and delivered nothing. He delayed my case for over a year with no results, He filed multiple continuances without my knowledge or consent. and consistently misled me about the status of my case and lied about progress. No evidence was ever provided, and no work was ever done. I eventually reported him to the state bar, and they issued a formal reprimand—which confirmed my concerns, but in my opinion, the consequence wasn’t nearly enough for the damage done. Very unprofessional and abrasive from the beginning of my process to the end - could not answer simple questions about my case and was unavailable for long periods of time. Do yourself a favor and go with Warren Kozak if you actually need someone to defend you - Robert has shown that he doesn’t care.
Similar to others.... had Mr. Morecock actually spent some time preparing for my case and less teaching me a lesson, my result would've been drastically different.
