I had a great experience at Moreau! Scheduling was easy, and the staff was knowledgeable about both insurance and billing, which made the entire process stress-free. The building was clean, and my appointment was right on time. A special shoutout to Dr. Russ—he took the time to listen, understood my concerns, developed a plan, and was able to execute the services I needed during my visit. I really enjoy doing my rehab there after I had both my hips replaced. Both times, the professional and friendly therapists work with me when issues arise. But they will make me push ahead to get where I need to be. And I need that.
I LOVE THE STAFF....They are awesome! When I first went I was shy... but now I laugh alot! They are people first then therapy. I AM SO HAPPY. KIMBERLY such a sweet person. So never pushed me too hard. And she is always telling me to do the best! Hands down I would refer them to anyone. I promise you you will get your physical therapy but feel at ease They work with you.!!!
I love this place the staff here are excellent,they re very assertive,kind and very concerned with the wellbeing of their patients they re also very helpful and go above and beyond with caring for you
