The girl is passive aggressive. I got the refund, but after two weeks. I feel like he wanted me to lose temper, or get frustrated, and go away. Beware they will switch from being nice to watching every word they say. When he called to tell me to come get cash refund. He was recording me without my knowledge.the phone was repeating what I said.
Took a while to get refund, but I ended up getting one. Guy is nice and understandable. Also, he has patience. If you have an issue just let them know. He is really A people person ,and does his job well.
