Very unorganized
Stay away from this place. I took my son there once and then had two cancelations dating back to 2019/2021. They sent me to collections here in 2024 for a zero balance and refused to help get it fixed. My wife stopped in and got a print out of our zero balance which management was suppose to call and never did . So I went in there and like my wife said Jackie at the front desk was rude, and when she went to Susan in the back I could hear her saying it’s their problem they can contact the collection company their self which w... read more
Many people who know me personally know that I have been on both sides of the fence when it comes to Mark Their Words. I have been just a parent of a patient and I have been a worker behind the desk there. And because I have been on both sides of the fence I can say honestly that MTW has very good therapist. Mark Their Words has been more than amazing for my 2 girls. We have been going 4x a week for over 6 months and every time we go I leave feeling hopeful and happy with how they are treating and working with my girls. I highly recommend coming here if you need speech or any other therapy for your child. Mrs. Angie is amazing at what she does and I have seen such progress because of her and the other therapist!!! Don't let negative reviews scare you off, try this place first! They are amazing!!!!!!!
